PR0BE
PROBE is a 0.25 oz (7 gram) smart sensor that attaches above the leader and tracks your casts and trolling sessions.
Once reeled in, you get unique insights directly on your smartphone: lure swimming depth, cast length, water temperature and strike indications.
PROBE also gives you a live estimation of your lure’s sinking depth and tells you when to start reeling in to hit your target depth.
HOW IT WORKS
PROBE attaches to your fishing line above the lure with regular float stoppers. It works with every lure.
When repeating your cast, the app will provide you with real-time Sinking Depth Estimation as soon as your lure hits the water. You can see it live on your phone as it descends, or have your phone in your pocket when your lure has reached your target depth.
While underwater, PROBE will start recording your lure's every move: depth, accelerometer data, and temperature changes at each depth of your lure's journey.
Once PROBE is back, it will immediately transmit all the gathered data to your mobile device (iPhone/Android) for you to display the entire journey of your lure, including cast length, depths, and temperature at each depth. This allows you to adjust your fishing on the spot or view it when planning your next fishing session.
